- 3/4 cup chunky salsa (or Pico De Gallo)
- 1 can 15.5-ounce low-sodium black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 Tablespoon cumin
- 2 teaspoons lime juice
- 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped (garnish)
Instructions
- Using a small-hole strainer, rinse all liquid from black beans.
- Transfer the beans to a food processor or blender, add salsa, taco seasoning, and lime juice, and blend until a smooth and creamy paste.
- Transfer the dip paste to a serving bowl, and sprinkle finely chopped cilantro on top.
- Serve with chips and veggies, and enjoy!
