Description

This Black Bean Dip recipe is a crowd-pleaser made with creamy black beans, spices, and fresh ingredients. Perfect for parties, snacks, or as a healthy appetizer!


Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup chunky salsa (or Pico De Gallo)
  • 1 can 15.5-ounce low-sodium black beans (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 Tablespoon cumin
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro, finely chopped (garnish)


Instructions

  1. Using a small-hole strainer, rinse all liquid from black beans.
  2. Transfer the beans to a food processor or blender, add salsa, taco seasoning, and lime juice, and blend until a smooth and creamy paste.
  3. Transfer the dip paste to a serving bowl, and sprinkle finely chopped cilantro on top.
  4. Serve with chips and veggies, and enjoy!
