Ingredients
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded (boneless & skinless)
- 1 cup plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (your preferred brand)
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat sharp cheddar cheese
- 4 whole wheat tortillas (or wraps)
- 1 cup fresh spinach leaves
- 2 tablespoons red salsa
- Hot sauce, for drizzling on top (optional)
Instructions
- Shred the cooked chicken using two forks and place in a medium-sized mixing bowl.
- Add Greek yogurt, hot sauce, and cheddar cheese to the chicken. Mix well until evenly combined.
- Heat the mixture in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the chicken is warm.
- Lay a handful of spinach on each tortilla, then add about ¼ of buffalo chicken mixture and salsa on top.
- Drizzle hot sauce over the mixture, if you like extra heat!
- Roll the tortilla tightly into a wrap, slice in half if desired, and enjoy!
