Ingredients
- 1 cup non-fat/low-fat milk (Alternate – FairLife non-fat high protein milk)
- 1 cup non-fat/low-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons matcha powder
- 1 cup strawberries, chopped
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
Instructions
- In a blender, combine milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and matcha powder until smooth.
- Place ½ tablespoon of chia seeds in four Tupperware containers.
- Pour milk mixture over chia seeds.
- Mix thoroughly.
- Allow the chia seed pudding to thicken overnight.
- When ready to eat, add ¼ cup of chopped strawberries and ½ tablespoon hemp, eat and enjoy!
