Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup non-fat/low-fat milk (Alternate – FairLife non-fat high protein milk)
  • 1 cup non-fat/low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons matcha powder
  • 1 cup strawberries, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds


Instructions

  • In a blender, combine milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and matcha powder until smooth.
  • Place ½ tablespoon of chia seeds in four Tupperware containers.
  • Pour milk mixture over chia seeds.
  • Mix thoroughly.
  • Allow the chia seed pudding to thicken overnight. 
  • When ready to eat, add ¼ cup of chopped strawberries and ½ tablespoon hemp, eat and enjoy!

Notes

  • Can substitute honey for maple or agave syrup.
  • Can substitute strawberries for your favorite fruit
