Description
Turkish street food is a celebration of bold flavors, fresh ingredients, and comforting textures. Among the most beloved dishes are Turkish street wraps, often referred to as dürüm. These wraps are simple yet packed with flavor, making them a perfect meal for any time of day. This recipe combines tender beef, warm lavash bread, and a vibrant blend of spices and vegetables, topped with juicy, fresh tomatoes that not only enhance the taste but also offer powerful health benefits.
One of the highlights of this wrap is the fresh tomato topping. Beyond their juicy sweetness and vibrant color, tomatoes are rich in lycopene, a powerful antioxidant. Lycopene has been linked to numerous health benefits, including reducing the risk of chronic diseases such as cancer and heart disease. Incorporating fresh tomatoes into meals not only enhances flavor but also supports overall wellness.
