Description
Banana Oat Cake Delicious cake rich in fiber, potassium, and other vitamins!
Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 4 bananas
- 2 cups of quick oats
- 1/2 cup of coconut oil or sunflower oil-2 tsp of ground cinnamon
- 1 cup of raisins
- 1 tbsp. of baking powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
2. Using a blender, mix eggs, 3 bananas, oats, oil, cinnamon, and half of raisins
3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl, then add the other half of the raisins and baking powder
4. Lightly coat the baking dish with butter, and add slices of 1 banana
5. Pour the batter into the dish and spread it out evenly
6. Bake for about 35-45 minutes (until cake is golden brown)
