Ingredients

  • 2 large apples (any variety you prefer)

  • 2-3 tbsp peanut butter (creamy or chunky)

  • 1/4 cup of chocolate chips (dark or milk chocolate)

  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)

  • A sprinkle of cinnamon


Instructions

  • Core and slice the apples into thin, even
    rounds. Arrange them in a single layer on a
    plate or platter.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl,
    microwave the peanut butter for about 20-
    30 seconds to soften it. Stir until smooth. If
    you want it a bit thinner, you can add a tiny
    splash of water or milk to reach your
    desired consistency.
  • Drizzle the peanut butter evenly over the
    sliced apples. Then, sprinkle the chocolate
    chips and coconut shreds over the top as
    well.
  • Optionally, sprinkle a dash of cinnamon for
    extra flavor.

Notes

  • Nutty Delight: Add a handful of chopped almonds, walnuts, or pecans for some added crunch and protein.

  • Caramel Drizzle: Swap the peanut butter with a drizzle of caramel sauce for a sweeter, indulgent version.

  • Yogurt Topping: For a creamy, tangy contrast, add a dollop of Greek yogurt on top of the apple slices before drizzling peanut butter.
